General

Yes we are legitimate. Every order is fulfilled and we can provide proof of postage if required. We actively hate those who scam vulnerable people online and regularly hear stories from customers of being scammed elsewhere

We sell in as little as 1G in order to allow customers to sample our products before they make a larger order. This also gives the customer the chance to test the service for a small financial outlay to ensure they actually receive their order. Beware of websites that have large minimum order quantities, they are generally all scams and they know that they only have one chance to defraud you, so they try to make the value as high as possible.

Postage & Packaging

All our parcels are dispatched via ROYAL MAIL using their FIRST-CLASS service. This should mean, in theory, that your parcel will arrive the following day if ordered and paid for by 1pm on a weekday. However, this isn’t always the case. There could be a few reasons that your parcel hasn’t made it to you in the guided time frame:

  • The address you provided us with isn’t correct.
  • There has been a larger than usual amount of post put through the system on that day, meaning it has pushed your parcel back on the priorities of delivery. It will likely turn up the following day.
  • COVID19 – https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus

If your parcel still hasn’t turned up after a week or so then this could mean your parcel has been lost in the post. As with any type of post occasionally letters go missing, its rare but don’t panic, just email us and we will assist.

CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabid sativa plant, which is also known as marijuana or hemp among many other names.
It’s a naturally occurring substance that’s contained with Hemp Flowers and used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike its cousin, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive.

We deliver to Northern Ireland free of charge by virtue of it being within the United Kingdom. We have also started started shipping to the Republic of Ireland with success however it takes a little more time to organise and costs us more to send. As a result orders to the Republic of Ireland carry a minimum order quantity of 3G and have a postal surcharge of £4.00 applied to them. We can provide an IBAN number for the international bank transfer and can supply proof of postage upon request.

We cannot charter a Helicopter at £500.00 an hour in order to deliver a £14.99 item on the same day, we apologise but commercially it simply doesn’t make sense. We hope you understand. Amazon we are not. Drone deliveries, we do not have, yet!

Additionally an order at received at16:00 on a Sunday needing to travel from Birmingham to Cornwall is impossible to deliver the same day, especially when the fuel cost by road would be £100 return and the order is valued at £29.00. Not forgetting the 8 hour journey an employee would have to take, unpaid. We are a charitable bunch but come on, it’s not economically viable or sustainable….

Please allow a little common sense in relation to your delivery expectations when ordering 🙂

Products & Purchasing

If you’re on the website trying to place an order and it only says ‘Read More’ and not ‘Add to Basket’, it will be that we are currently out of stock. This is usually only a very temporary situation and only occurs when there is a delay in our suppliers reaching us. Just hang tight and get yourself signed up to our mailing list (found via the website). Alternatively email us and we will update you personally on when we expect to be back in stock.

Yes you can. When you add a product to your basket you are able to increase the amount you wish to order. Once in your basket you can edit the amount and update your order also.
If you wish to order a large amount then please contact us and we will see what discount we can offer you.
